SkiptracingThe process or art of locating a persons whereabouts for any number of purpose's including but not limited to: Debt collections, Bail bond enforcement (bounty hunting), Witness location, Questioning, or almost any facet of an investigation private or otherwise that entails making difficult contact with a subject. Controversy is sometimes raised in connection with the industry, do to persons illegally selling pirated information. Such people are not Skiptracers or Investigators and are often hunted by legitimate companies in an effort to protect a vital industries reputation.




Skiptracing is also the name of a musical band.
