Dato Dr.Barani Karunakaran or rather well knows as Dr. Barani K. (born on Jan,1979 in Penang, Malaysia) is a leading aspiring Businessman and Philanthropist and the Chairman of BK Groups Sdn. bhd (Malaysia), the IT Technology and Service Provider, he founded with Mr Karunakaran. In his Career at BK Groups, Dr.Barani K. held the position of Chairman and remains the largest shareholder of the organisation. He is regionally recognized as one of the best-known entrepreneurs of IT Service provider with offices set-up in Malaysia, Kansas, USA and soon in Singapore.
Dr.Barani K. still remains as a Chairman of BK Groups Sdn.bhd. Within a short span time, he has created 5 Multisoftnet* subsidiary entities under BK Groups Sdn.bhd. These have helped to provide various transitions expertises performance in the IT Services and Applications for various needs and demands from client.

Early life of Dr. Barani Karunakaran
Dr.Barani K. studied at Dato.Onn High School in Penang, Malaysia and furthered his studies at Drexel University (Hannamen) in Germany for MBSH (Surgeon) and B.Sc (Computing). Later, he attended Diandra University, Italy for his Ph.D majoring in social science, graduating in 2006.

In 2003, Dr. Barani K. officially consolidated BK Groups Sdn.bhd into 5 entities - Multisoftnet Technologies (A Global IT Service Company), Multisoftnet Infosys (IT hardware leader), Multisoftnet.NET (Network Services Company), Multisoftnet.com (IT Applications Service provider setup in USA, Kansas) and Yakin (Educational Services based in Malaysia). For instance, Multisoftnet.com was initially set up in USA, Kansas in 2002. Their first experience was project involved in the outsourced in R&D (Research and Development) for the software companies. Their Outsource project has not just brought in success but also excellent recognition from Top Leading Clients in USA. Such one most remarkable Client would include World Service Corporation.
