Photograph

Can someone secure the rights to a photograph of PA for this article? 70.178.58.150 04:54, 15 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I uploaded a fair use photo, but it may be deleted.--EvaGears 13:00, 30 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Just uploaded two historically relevant PD images, including a photograph of the Pinkerton building and the Alumni building in the 19th century.--EvaGears 02:51, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It needs a modern image uploaded to commons. M (talk contribs) 02:30, 6 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have an image that I took of the main Pinkerton Building when I attended. I'll upload it as soon as I can. :) Dreaded St0DaD (talk) 15:20, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

FYI, someone appears to have screwed around with the information on the page, changing the town from "Derry" to "salem", the number of students it houses, and (most notably) "Board of Trustees" to "Board of no ones". There may be other changes present -- I haven't checked. Who do I report this to? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.32.173.96 (talkcontribs)

You can just fix it yourself if it happens again. It's not uncommon --AW 18:05, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Status?

So, the school is sort of quasi-public? Am I right? --AW 18:05, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yep. Basically the school itself is private, but the towns of Derry, Chester, and Hampstead (and formerly Auburn, Windham, and Londonderry) pay their respective students' tuition; consequently, Pinkerton is the high school for those towns (although some Hampstead students opt to attend Timberlane in Plaistow).Underorbit
Would this mean the article would fit in the Private schools in New Hampshire category?--EvaGears 17:29, 30 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I think it might fit into private AND public categories, perhaps? Underorbit 04:31, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I will add it to the category then. --EvaGears 01:01, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The school is categorized as being semipublic by our Board of Trustees. Are there any other schools in New Hampshire that would fit under this category? --Ishdarian 05:48, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Extracurricular Activities

Would I be able to put the Pinkerton Academy Air Force JROTC unit and PA Marching Band and Colorguard into the extracurricular activities section? --Jabbott 06:03, 9 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, please do so if you have sources.--24.62.79.31 03:42, 15 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
