Maplewood Parent Cooperative is a public school in the Edmonds School District in Edmonds, Washington, serving grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. Parent volunteering
Maplewood differs from other K-8 schools in the Edmonds School District in that it requires parents to volunteer a portion of their time every week for classroom work. The annual volunteerism at the school exceeds 35,000 hours.[2]
Test Scores
Maplewood is currently in the top 1% of Washington state schools for the WASL test in all grades. The seventh grade class of 2000-2001 set the school's personal record with the highest average score. [3]
