Lack of references / citations

Point of view regading the term "leech" and "lurker" ... those terms are unneccessary / do not apply to bittorrent in general (for instance: 99% of people that use linux never publish new content, and 100% of World of Warcraft end users would be considered lurkers or leeches)... More care could be used to use gender-neutral pronouns (instead of "he" all over the place)... Citing sources / verifibility would be a good thing also. Here are some policies for anyone that cares to fix this article:
