Edward Regan

Edward V. "Ned" Regan was a local Republican politician from Buffalo, New York who advanced to become the Comptroller of New York. He resigned that position on May 7, 1993 before completing his term.

At around that time, he had called New York's borrowing practices the "worst in the country".
