Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, Incorporated (QR, 株式会社文化放送, Kabushiki Gaisha Bunka Hoso) is a Japanese radio station in Tokyo, and broadcast in the Kanto area. It is one of the key radio stations of National Radio Network (NRN, another one: Nippon Broadcasting System, Inc. (株式会社ニッポン放送)). JOQR also has a relationship with, JOLF, Fuji Television, etc.

The head office is planned to move from Wakaba, Shinjuku-ku to QR Media Plus, Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku in 2006.

  • Output: 10kW (March 31, 1952 - March 30, 1954) → 50kW (March 31, 1954 - November, 1971) → 100kW (November, 1971 -)
  • Time: from 5:00 on Mondays until 28:00 on Sundays
