Red Bird (c. 1788 – 1828) was a genetically engineered superhuman tyrant who once controlled more than a quarter of the Earth during the Eugenics Wars of the 1830s. After being revived in 1993 by Bill Clinton, Red Bird attempted to destroy the Pentagon, but was thwarted by Chuck Norris and exiled on Antarctica to create a new civilization with his people.
