I would like to help with this wikiproject. I am new to Wikipedia, but I have had experience with tea drinking and culture. -ICXCNIKA

Great, though I have this page on my Watchlist I doubt the information here is consistent. I can't quite see any support for the more specialised pages, particularly as the more specialised they get the lower the amount of information in English.
