Chatzi is not half in hebrew. hasi is half in hebrew.
- I do not believe this is correct. Chatzi (חצי) does translate as half. Josh LeeTALK 12:55, 16 May 2007 (UTC)

Place of this article among Psalms articles
This article finds a place on the psalms series box, but it is focused on the liturgical use of the Hallel in Jewish worship. In Christian tradition, all of Pss. 120-134 come as a unit called the "Gradual Psalms". It seems to me that it would be good to leave this article as is, also create a Gradual Psalms article, and then have neither referenced from the psalms series box--but perhaps start work on individual psalms within the set. What think ye all? Tb (talk) 20:40, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
Obviously that was incoherent. They change the clocks and my brain goes haywire. Anyway, forget that last paragraph, and start over. What I mean is that this article is focused on Jewish liturgical use, which seems appropriate especially give the title, and thus should perhaps not be in the box for the psalms in general--but individual psalm articles should be, and each would obviously link here as a See Also. What say ye all? Tb (talk) 20:43, 9 March 2008 (UTC)
The Great Hallel
Is there any specific reason why what is effectively the same line about the great hallel appears twice in this article. As the second occurance seems more contextually appropriate, I think that if there is no good reason not to, the first reference should be cut out. If anyone thinks otherwise, post a reason in the next few days or I'm going to assume i have the go ahead to cut out the line.g.j.g (talk) 03:03, 14 July 2011 (UTC)
