SC Langnau | ntl_team = Switzerland | career = 1993 - 2007}} Stefan Grogg is a Swiss ice hockey forward who played professionally in Switzerland and the United States. Born in Langenthal, Grogg began his career on EHC Grindelwald youth team. He joined HC Fribourg-Gottéron in 1993. After a season with EHC Biel, Grogg moved to the U.S. and played for WCHL teams San Diego Gulls and Anchorage Aces. (He also played inline hockey for the San Diego Barracudas.) Returning to Switzerland, Grogg joined EV Zug and earned a place on the Swiss National Team 1997, which finished 15th in the World Championships (3nd in Pool B). After successful NLA and NLB seasons with Zug, Langnau and Biel, Grogg retired with 14 years on the ice and a career total of 84 goals and 138 assists.

Grogg speaks six languages. He is a proponent of alternative medicine and an avid recumbent cyclist. He lives in San Diego with his wife Magdalena.
