Agnes Geraghty (later McAndrews) (November 26, 1907 – March 1, 1974) was an American swimmer who competed in the 1924 Summer Olympics and 1928 Summer Olympics.

In the 1924 Olympics she won a silver medal in the 200 m breaststroke event.

Four years later in Amsterdam she was fourth in her semifinal of 200 m breaststroke event and did not advance.
