Nippon Cultural Broadcasting, Incorporated (QR, 株式会社文化放送, Kabushiki Gaisha Bunka Hoso) is a Japanese radio station in Tokyo, and broadcast in the Kanto area. It is one of the two flagship radio stations of National Radio Network (NRN) (the other station is Nippon Broadcasting System, Inc. (株式会社ニッポン放送)). JOQR also has a relationship with, JOLF, Fuji Television, etc.

The head office will move from Wakaba, Shinjuku-ku to QR Media Plus, Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku on July 24, 2006.

  • Frequency: 1310kHz (March 31, 1952 - August 14, 1953) → 1130kHz (August 15, 1953 - November 22, 1978) → 1134 kHz (November 23, 1978 -)
  • Output: 10kW (March 31, 1952 - March 30, 1954) → 50kW (March 31, 1954 - November, 1971) → 100kW (November, 1971 -)
  • Time: from 5:00 on Mondays until 28:00 on Sundays
