Paul Ambrossi (b. October 14, 1980) is an Ecuadorian footballer who plays as a defender. He can also play as a wing back or winger. His versitality has aided him in gaining a place in the 2006 FIFA World Cup Ecuadorian national team squad.

He plays for LDU Quito in Ecuador, with whom he has won two league titles.
