New York State Route 100C is a 1.24-mile long spur route of New York State Route 100 running along the GreenburghMount Pleasant town line. The eastern terminus is at the northern junction of NY-100 and NY-100A. The western terminus as at NY-9A (Saw Mill River Road). NY-100C has a junction with the Sprain Brook Parkway near its eastern terminus.
