My major pets hates on Wiki are:

Vandalism and graffiti (see wiki policy WP:VANDAL). Serious, repeated vandalism that can be clearly demonstrated can be reported to an administrator here. Recent change details can be found here.
Revert wars - the offical wiki policy regarding the 'three-revert rule' can be found here, including the link to report violations.
Spam, corporate adverts (see wiki policy WP:SPAM).
Vanity (see wiki policy WP:VANITY) - user pages are the exception (see the policy section on vanity). They are your own little piece of wiki, so, if you must, load that page up with your vanity.
Personal attacks (see wiki policy WP:NPA).
Not sticking to a neutral point of view (see wiki policy WP:NPOV).
