Kelly Downs

Kelly Downs (born October 29, 1960 in Ogden, Utah), is a retired professional baseball player who pitched for the San Francisco Giants and Oakland Atheletics from 1986-1993. Downs had a career record of 57-53 with an ERA of 3.63. He was a member of the Giants when they reached the 1989 World Series against Oakland.
