Taonius borealis

The color of the Belonella Borealis is a transparent to dark purple color.^[1]. The Maximum size they can get is 45cm mantle length. They're regular habitat is Mesopelagic to bathypelagic, they mostly feed on shrimps, small fishes, including myctophids, and other squids.Predators include Whales,sharks, and squids^[2].
