Mustafa Elitaş (5 January 1957, Kayseri) Turkish politician.

He was graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, Department of Economics and Public Finance in 1981. He was Kayseri deputy for XXII., XXIII. and XXIV terms at Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Announced on 24/11/2015 by Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu, Mustafa Elitaş is appointed as new Economy Minister for the Republic of Turkey.
