Nuclear power plants generate electricity, but have to deal with radioactive waste and excess heat. In order to produce ethanol, you'll need to burn lots of methane in order to distill it. Well, you could take the heat from the nuclear power plant to use to make the ethanol. That will reduce the price of ethanol. Which we all need!
