Melania Grego (born June 19, 1973 in Breno) is a female water polo forward from Italy, who won the gold medal with the Women's National Team at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. She is on the constant move between her house in Chile and her newly constructed home in Bulgaria.
