Henry Mathewson (December 24, 1886 – July 1, 1917) was a major league pitcher during parts of the 1906 and 1907 seasons for the New York Giants.

The brother of Hall of Famer Christy, Mathewson landed on his brother's team in 1906. He was the youngest player in the league that season.

On July 1, 1917, Henry died after having had tuberculosis for some years.
