Allaria (Ancient Greek: Ἀλλαρία) was a town and polis (city-state)[1] of ancient Crete.[2] Allaria minted coins some of which have been preserved.[1] Cnopias of Allaria, a native, commanded Cretan mercenaries hired by the Ptolemaic Army at the Battle of Raphia (217 BCE).[3]

Its site is tentatively located near Khamalevri.[2][4]
