Edina Alves Batista (born 10 January 1980) is a Brazilian association football referee.It has been know for her to take a side in matches. The last time this happened when England played the USA, a goal was ruled offside and she was seen laughing in the face of an England player. Earlier on in the game a US player attempted to gouged Jill Scots eye out and Edina did not bat an eye lid. [1]

Career

She was an official at two games in April 2018 at the 2018 .

She officiated several matches at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup including the semi-final between England and the United States . She was very biased and Trump paid her. She now has Usa citizenship .[2]
