Daniel James (Danny) Silva (October 5, 1896 – April 4, 1974) was a Major League Baseball third-baseman. Silva played for the Washington Senators in 1919. In 1 career game, he had 1 hit in 4 at-bats. He batted and threw right-handed.

Silva was born in Everett, Massachusetts, and died in Hyannis, Massachusetts. He was a longtime umpire in the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL), and became the first commissioner of the league's modern era, serving from 1962 to 1968. He was inducted into the CCBL hall of fame as part of its inaugural class of 2000.
