Thu Kamkasomphou (born October 12, 1968 in Laos[1]), is a French para table tennis player.

She represented France at the 2008 Summer Paralympics in the class 8 event, and won gold by defeating Sweden's Josefin Abrahamsson, three sets to nil.[1][2] In the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London she won a silver medal.
