Ruhan Işim (born 19 May 1970 in Izmir) is a retired Turkish pole vaulter.

He competed at the 1990 European Championships without reaching the final.

His personal best jump was 5.70 metres, achieved in June 2000 in Jonesboro.

He formerly concentrated on the 110 metres hurdles. He competed at the 1991 World Championships in Athletics, but failed to finish his race.

He is the father of two children and is currently working as a mechanical engineer in New Orleans.
