The Pennine Amateur Rugby League, or Pennine League is a rugby league competition for amateur open age clubs that runs from September to April. The clubs are drawn from West and South Yorkshire and the east of Lancashire.

In addition to a league program the committee also organises cup competitions.

In 2006-2007, there are 82 teams organised into 7 divisions and there are also 3 cup competitions.
