The running best track has Kyle at 85mph for 6 hours now, and the 1800Z keeps it at 85mph. NHC however, has it at 80mph. I'm changing the top of the storm history from its currently errant wording. It states Kyle did not have a closed wind circulation near Puerto Rico, which is incorrect.
