Abaz Dilaver Çelkupa (1855-1926) was an Albanian politician.[1] He was one of the signatories of the Albanian Declaration of Independence.[2] He fought in the northern Albanian revolt of 1911 as well as in the Albanian revolt of 1912 against the Ottoman Empire. He was from a patriotic Albanian family which had origins from the more northern zones of Albania though mainly settled in Durres.
