Abdallah Kibet Mande (born 10 May 1995)[1] is an Ugandan long-distance runner. In 2019, he competed in the men's 10,000 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships held in Doha, Qatar.[1][2] He finished in 17th place.[1]

In 2013, he competed in the junior men's race at the 2013 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Bydgoszcz, Poland.[3] He finished in 16th place.[3]

In 2017, he competed in the senior men's race at the 2017 IAAF World Cross Country Championships held in Kampala, Uganda.[4] He finished in 16th place.[4]
