As far as I know, that's their only relevance. They are the living grandparents of Barack Obama. (But I can't edit him because he's locked.) However, the details of Sarah Obama's life are interesting, as is the fact that she lives in a remote Kenyan village and that Obama has visited her. User:GreekParadise
Klubi Sportiv or KF Elbasani is an Albanian football club, which plays in the city of Elbasan. The club was founded in 1923, from the fusion of two teams, "Aferdita Elbasan" and "Perparimi Elbasan", under the name "Klubi Futbollit Urani Elbasan".
:Ah, I see, it's semi-protected. I will tag them as candidates for a merge, and then when your 4 days are up you can merge them there. I agree that that's interesting, it's just that per our notability guideline, unless they're notable on their own account, they should be covered in the Barack Obama article rather than in standalone articles. Anyway, welcome to Wikipedia, hope you like it here! :-) Jfire (talk) 04:57, 13 February 2008 (UTC)

In 1932, the club renamed themselves "KS Skampa Elbasan", in 1939, "KS Bashkimi", in 1949 "KS Elbasani", in 1950 "Puna Elbasan", and from 1958 to 1991 they were named "KS Labinoti Elbasan". The club plays at the Ruzhdi Bizhuta stadium (capacity 13.500).

I will write an introduction in an attempt to address your concerns. If it doesn't satisfy you, I would suggest you propose an alternative on the article talk page. I respect your views and certainly think they should be taken into consideration. Let me play around with it a bit, and then see what you think. In the season of 1984-85, the team participated in a European cup competition for the first time. The club played in the first qualifying round of the 2005-06 UEFA Cup, but were eliminated by FK Vardar of the Republic of Macedonia (1-1 aggregate).

Thanks. As you know, I very much respect your views as well. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. The section was stable for 2 1/2 days (a record?) but seems convoluted now. I must agree with Ferrylodge, who wrote in history "Restoring bridge section. This section was the subject of extremely lengthy discussion. Changes need to be discussed at talk page, because they raise problems." He and I worked hard on a compromise. Once an editor (and it wasn't you, it was one before you)disturbs a consensus, the section quickly grows with lots of editing. Then I'm sure folks will want to condense again. Such is wikipedia. My main goal is that no content is deleted. So I'll wait a day or two and then look it over when things calm down a bit. I generally don't delete content unless, as with Ferrylodge, folks insist on deleting content because it's "too long." Then I work to condense the material, tighten it to prevent redundancies while keeping everything that's verified, relevant, and NPOV.GreekParadise (talk) 12:59, 10 October 2008 (UTC)
During the 2005/06 season, the team of Elbasani dominated the Albanian Superliga and won the second title in their history, finishing the competition with 11 points more than their rivals in SK Tirana. The city of Elbasan celebrated the fact in a unique way in Albania, by bringing the players downtown in an open bus, where tens of thousands of fans congratulated them.

In the 2006-07 1st qualifying round for the Champions League they were eliminated by FK Ekranas from Lithuania (1-3 aggregate). On 24 December 2006 coach Luan Deliu was fired and replaced by Edmond Gezdari.
