Allium fetisowii is a plant species native to Xinjiang, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in Central Asia.[2]
Allium fetisowii produces a single round bulb up to 25 mm across. Scape is up to 70 tall, round in cross-section. Leaves are much shorter than the scape, but up to 15 mm wide. Flowers are reddish-purple.[2][3][4]
Allium tschimganicum is native to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia.[5][6] Flora of China[7] regards this name as synonymous with Allium fetisowii Regel from Xinjiang, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. However, the Plant List[8] accepts A. tschimganicum as a distinct species. The Plant List,[8] however, lists Allium motor Kamelin & Levichev[9] as a synonym of A. tschimganicum.
