Allium karataviense is a herbaceous, bulb and a perennial plant that belongs to the subfamily of the allioideae inside of the amaryllidaceae.[3] It is a native to central Asia and it is used as an ornamental plant.[4]

Description

This species is named as one of the ornamental onions. It produces a basal rosette of wide leaves, arched and very striking.[5]
