Anne Haast (born 1 July 1993) is a Dutch chess player who holds the FIDE title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM) since 2015. Born in Dongen,[1] she won the Dutch Women's Chess Championship in 2014,2015 and 2016.
She has represented the Netherlands team in three women's chess olympiads in 2012,2014 and 2016. She has also played in three women's European team chess championships in 2011,2013 and 2015.
Playing style
As of 2015, Haast often plays Sicilian Defence with both White and Black, followed by French Defence with White and Sicilian Taimanov variation with Black.[2]
