Mediterranean basin

Please type Macedonia in the search area. You will find that it takes you to a disambiquation page. It does not take you to FYROM. Please don't support propaganda through this article. Read here so that you know what the fuss is about (and don't just revert without having knowledge on the matter). And yes I am Greek and the subject is extremely sensitive. 79.103.165.7 (talk) 09:07, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My edit was legit. Be it as it may that you may or may not be "extremely sensitive" to the subject, if you are introducing new information, cite it with your edit. And if I'm not mistaken, my edit was to take it off of FYROM, so I'm not sure what you're fussing about. I've heard of the naming disputes, please do not start a side edit war until that naming dispute is settled. - Jameson L. Tai talkcontribs 09:11, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Help

Hi Jameson - I need your help. Please see Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#User:Julie Dancer, repeated personal attack and harrassment. I have to go offline for a few hours, and I would appreciate it if you can keep an eye out for me. Thanks! --Jiuguang (talk) 14:58, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OK, never mind - it seems that it was taken care of rather quickly. Thanks! --Jiuguang (talk) 16:48, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hm... it seems like he/she's finally blocked (one week though), and I'm glad someone got to it. I'm just glad I didn't get those emails. Did you see the "after thoughts" on her user talk page? It looked very, very sad. - Jameson L. Tai talkcontribs 19:39, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it was very sad. Even worse is that he/she emailed Henrik I. Christensen, a professor at my school whom I've never met, about this, and Henrik forwarded the email to my advisor (?!). In the email was full of interesting comments like using Karnaugh map to prove the existence of god, etc...we all had a good laugh about it. --Jiuguang (talk) 20:37, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And yet, this is still not over - the article is now at wikibooks:Optimal Classification, and the corresponding link has been added to several articles (which most have been reverted by other editors). The one left standing is on attribute-value system, which I'm reverting now. I'm sure I'll get another hate-mail soon. --Jiuguang (talk) 20:37, 31 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
