Bruce Carlsten
Bruce Carlsten from the Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, NM was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016[1] for contributions to high-brightness electron beams and vacuum electron devices.
