D.Devaraj Urs is considered as the best chief minister of Karnataka. He was a very popular Politician hailing from Mysore. He brought many reforms which was a model for rest of India. He became so powerful that he even challenged the then prime minister Indira Gandhi. He is also remembered for his reforms to help the backward classes of Karnataka.
