It is suspected that the user accounts listed below belong to the same AOL user, who has been vandalizing Wikipedia as of July 2006. He also edits while logged out, which means his contributions are scattered over a number of AOL proxies in the 64.12.*, 152.163.* and 205.188.* ranges.

Some of the characteristics shared by the users below include:

• Vandalism to South Central Farm; this seems to be the main target. Some accounts have made some useful minor edits, mixed with sneaky vandalism, to the article before switching to blatant vandalism later. Besides the registered users listed below, several AOL IPs including 64.12.117.7, 152.163.101.7 205.188.116.66, and 205.188.116.139 have been repeatedly vandalizing this article.
• Vandalism to the user and talk pages of Ambuj.Saxena, Betacommand, Ilmari Karonen, Rockero and others who have reverted their edits. Often the talk page vandalism consists of replacing the talk page with an earlier vandalized version of the corresponding user page.
• Heavy revert warring; after vandalizing a page once and being reverted, the vandal often keeps reverting to the prior vandalized version rather than committing new, different vandalism.
• Use of misleading edit summaries, including summaries cut-and-pasted from the edit history. May also register usernames impersonating users who have reverted their vandalism.
• Occasional use of Spanish in vandalized content and/or edit summaries.
• Addition of anus, testicle, breast and other anatomical or nude photos, especially to user pages.

It also seems possible, based on circumstantial evidence, that this is the same AOL user as the one who, starting on 28 June, repeatedly inserted a link to a "Mouse Snuff Film" hosted on box.net to the Mouse and House mouse articles until the link was added to the spam blacklist.

It is also likely that WatchtowerJihad has edited from the IP address 64.107.1.236 (talk · contribs), which belongs to the Chicago Public Library.
