18 Kingdoms refer to the kingdoms created in China during and after the collapse of Qin Dynasty. Here is the complete list:

  1. Kingdom of Chu
  2. Kingdom of Hengshan
  3. Kingdom of Linjiang
  4. Kingdom of Jiujiang
  5. Kingdom of Zhao
  6. Kingdom of Dai
  7. Kingdom of Linzi
  8. Kingdom of Jibei
  9. Kingdom of Jiaodong
  10. Kingdom of Yong
  11. Kingdom of Sai
  12. Kingdom of Zhai
  13. Kingdom of Yan
  14. Kingdom of Liaodong
  15. Kingdom of Wei
  16. Kingdom of Yin
  17. Kingdom of Hán
  18. Kingdom of Henan

Notice: to avoid the confusion between Hán(韩) and Hàn(汉), in Hán, a different tone symbol is included.

Kingdom of Hàn was not included because Liu Bang, King of Han later became the first emperor of Han Dynasty. Many of the kingdoms listed were abolished during Chu-Han Contention but a lot of them survived well into Han Dynasty, becoming Kingdoms of the Han Dynasty.
