Four star or four stars can refer to:
- 4 star rank, a senior military rank.
- A grading of a hotel or restaurant, see star (classification).
- A grading of a movie, TV, theatre or musical work or performance, see star (classification).
- Four Star Records, a record label.
- A class of leaded petrol that was sold in the United Kingdom.
- Four Star Playhouse, an American television anthology series that ran from 1952 to 1956.
- Four Star Television, also called Four Star Films, Four Star Productions, and Four Star International, an American television production company which operated from 1952 to 1989.
- Four Star Air Cargo, a cargo airline based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, United States Virgin Islands.
