Imrat Khan (1936- is the son of Enayat Khan and younger brother of Vilayat Khan. Like them, he is an Ustad master of Hindustani music of north India. In his career, he has been a pioneer of the surbahar, a bass version of the sitar.

The Khan family has also influenced the development of the sitar, and developed the musical style known as gayaki ang.
