St John's Regional College is located on Caroline Street in the suburb of Dandenong, in Victoria, Australia. It is a co-educational Catholic High School with students studying years 7 through to 12. The majority of students attended Catholic primary schools in the surrounding parishes.

New Houses

The new house system was a result of a lack of competitiveness between houses in the previous years in interhouse swimming and athletics. The hope is that the new house system will allow for greater competition between students and a friendly rivalry.

The six Houses of St John’s – Aquila, Columba, Delphinus, Leonis, Monoceros, and Phoenix - take as their inspiration six of the ‘stars or constellations of heaven’, which are rich in Christian symbolism. |- | | width="200px"|*Aquila - crest Eagle
