Pavuluri is family name of kamma & brahmin community of Andhra Pradesh. Nannaya, Who wrote Mahabharat In Telugu( Adhi Kavi) is also a person from Pavuluri Family. Pavuluri Mallana, who followed Nannaya also wrote in heavy Sanskrit. He composed 'Ganitam' is the firtst Telugu rendering of an original sanskirt work on Mathematics.

Pavuluri Mallana , the contemporary of the great king Rajaraja Narendra (1022-1063 AD) wrote:

"Ila Kammanati lopala vilasillina Pavuluri vibhudan (Telugu)"
