I welcomed him and answered his questions on his talk page. Take a look at the history on his talk page and his contribs. He claims he wants to use VP and counter vandalism yet his account is used for some vandalism (warnings on his talk page are being reverted). He claims in one of his edit comments that 'a family member' is doing the vandalism (from his account?). Not sure what to make of this.
