I think the best place for you to go for those or any other questions would be the help desk when your block expires. (You can still edit your own talk page even when you are blocked. I strongly doubt that your talk page will be protected, as you are certainly not trolling it.) As far I know for what you're asking, anyone can revert vandalism of articles that are not protected from editing. (You can go to Help:Reverting for full details.) For editing, I think these below will help you. It would give you many benifits to create your own account, but it's not essential. Which ever fits best for you is the answer.

After the IP got it's deserved helped, you notice that it underwent a change of heart. I am responsible as well, as I noted above about the talk page vandalism mistake. --by the way someone, who knew that I had vandalized before asked me if my block was finished. I told them that it soon would be, but that I planned to do good stuff for the project.

The people that were vandalising the pages, were other users, and i have told them to stop. Please remove my block, cause I want to be able to constructively add to wikipedia, and I want to learn and help prevent vandalism, as you can see in my above discusion with Wikepidier. =)

my new user page is Udora, so you guys can contact me there. =)

I am also using this new account in case the other users, that sometimes come on and vandalise, do not get me blocked. I will not let them into my account, so i can gaurantee that there will be no vandalism from Udora. As for the IP address as a whole, I can only stop them when I am around the computer. If there is a way you can block the IP, but not my Udora account it would be great!!! thanks.
