With partner [[Jacqueline Jimenez]], he is the [[2001 U.S. Figure Skating Championships|2001 U.S. novice silver medalist]]. They won a silver medal at the first event of the [[2001-2002 ISU Junior Grand Prix]]. They did not get a second event because the USFSA did not send skaters to any of the events following the [[September 11, 2001]] attacks.
The first community tourism programme in the State will start functioning from the MunroeThuruthu islands in [[Kollam district]].


This was announced by Minister for Tourism Kodiyeri Balakrishnan during a visit to the islands on Monday morning along with Education Minister M.A. Baby and other officers.
After that partnership, he competed with [[Julian Burns]] and placed 13th at the [[2005 U.S. Figure Skating Championships]].
The community tourism programme will operate on the basis of the proposals made by the grama panchayats concerned.

After winning both the Regional and Pacific Coast Sectional, the pair placed 5th at the [[2006 United States Figure Skating Championships]].


In 1795 the British established their supremacy in South India and Kerala came under their governance.From 1800 onwards, inorder to maintain British Supremacy in Kerala, a Resident was appointed by the British Administrative head. The First Resident was Colonel Collin Macaulay followed by Colonel John Munro. During Munro’s time a senior priest of the Malankara Sabha, Pulikottil Joseph Kathanar expressed his desire to establish seminary for training priests and a place to settle the newly converted Christians. The piece of land thus provided by the Mercy of Colonel Munro was named after him by the locals and is still known as [[Munroethuruth]].

In the 2006-2007 season, Nam and Leftheris won the bronze medal at the [[2006 Skate America]] event. They won the bronze medal at the [[2007 U.S. Figure Skating Championships]] behind [[Rena Inoue]] and [[John Baldwin (figure skater)|John Baldwin]] and [[Brooke Castile ]]and [[Benjamin Okolski]]. They went on to the [[2007 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships]] and placed 6th.
