{{hndis|Hutton, Matthew}}

The name can also refer to yet a third Matthew Hutton of this same family. He was born in 1597, eldest living son of Sir Timothy Hutton of Marske, and grandson of the Archbishop of York.
Known for his support of the Royalist side during the Civil War, he married Barbara Darcy, the eldest daughter of Conyers, Lord Darcy. Matthew Hutton almost lost the family estates as a result of his Royalist activities; he died in 1666.
