A 10-mile-long street paralleling the Caloosahatchee River between Fort Myers and Iona, Florida State Road 867 is locally known as McGregor Boulevard. The southern terminus is an intersection with San Carlos Boulevard (SR 865) – McGregor Boulevard continues southwest toward Sanibel Island as Lee County Road 867 and Lee County Road 869, both former sections of State Roads); the northern terminus is an intersection with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (SR 82) and Cleveland Avenue (US 41-SR 45) just south of the approach of the Caloosahatchee Bridge and the western end of SR 80-Business US 41 in downtown Fort Myers.
