American vegan Christian electronic musician. Also slang, in hacker parlance, for "big" or "impressive."


Most famous among his peers for the track, "Go". The track is seen as the remix of the Twin Peaks theme song. It was a progressive track that used the string line from the Twin Peaks theme.


Moby's commercial efforts over the last two or three years have gained him international notice after more than a decade's worth of music which had garnered him diehard fans. Mainstream reviewers have raved about his talents on the new album Play, but early fans of Moby have been let down by recent efforts.
